The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

(the Swedish film) might be the worst book-to-movie adaptation.  Ever.  I don’t want this to turn into a spoiler, so I’m going to keep my mouth shut regarding my reasons why.  Don’t get me wrong— They adapted it to a good movie.  Although they changed (an immense amount of) important details from the novel, the movie moved at a good pace.  They rearranged so many scenes and etc. etc. etc. but what really frosts my balls is

THEY LEFT OUT THE MOST MIND-BLOWING PART OF THE NOVEL

but I’m the only one who cares.  The boyfriend thought it was a great movie until I spoiled it and told him exactly how it was supposed to happen.  Oh well.  Meh.

I’m hoping for more from the American version coming out at the end of this month.  From James Bond himself.

On to The Help.

I’m going in with low expectations, haha. Better than building it up and being disappointed!
